The Ordering Party may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the Order Completion Date.
Withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Ordering Party should submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
The Ordering Party may use the form of declaration of withdrawal from the contract delivered each time by the Supplier as an attachment to the e-mail message confirming the order. The recommended way of withdrawing from the contract is to send the completed form by e-mail to the following address: reklamacje@balviten.com, or by sending it by post to the company's address.
The Ordering Party should attach proof of purchase of the Goods to the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The Ordering Party is obliged to return the Goods to which the declaration of withdrawal from the contract relates immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrawn from the contract. The recommended way of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, which will enable the Seller to settle the matter as soon as possible, is to send the goods back to the address of the company's production plant, i.e.:

To meet the deadline, it is also enough to send back the Goods. The Seller shall promptly, but not later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract in whole or in part from the Ordering Party, return to the Ordering Party the payment made by him for the returned Goods. In the event of a complete withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will also reimburse the Ordering Party for the Order Completion Costs. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the Ordering Party returns the Goods to which the withdrawal from the contract relates, or until the Ordering Party provides confirmation that the Goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the method of payment used by the Ordering Party.
