Mix for Bread. Gluten-free product
Gluten-free mix for baking bread, rolls, baguettes, pizza.
Developed specifically for people with gluten intolerance.
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, pea protein, soy protein, buckwheat flour, glucose, apple fibre, pea fibre, thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, salt.
Measurement unit: packaging
Store in a dry and cool place.
Recipe for bread:
- 500 g Mix for Bread
- 10 g instant or fresh yeast
- 500 ml water
- 1 spoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
The ingredients should be at room temperature.
1. Pour the mix to the bowl, add salt, water and instant yeast (fresh yeast should be dissolved in water and added to the remaining ingredients).
2. Stir the ingredients and slowly add oil. Knead the dough until uniform mass is obtained. Move the dough to a baking mould greased with fat, cover with a cloth and set aside for 30 minutes until the mass raises and doubles its volume.
3. Heat the oven to 200 degrees C (no fan), place a baking tin or an ovenproof dish on the bottom of the oven and fill it with warm water. Place the raised dough to the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. After baking, remove from the tin and cool down.
