Ingredients: hydrated potato flakes (85%), red lentil flour (10%), potato starch, dried tomatoes, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid. The product may contain eggs and derivatives of egg products.
Preparation:
1. boil a large pot full of water: no less than 3 litres of water for 500 g of noodles.
2. when it starts to boil, add about 5 g of common salt for every litre of water and drop in the noodles
3. stir constantly to prevent them from sticking together at the bottom of the pot. Cooking time is 2 minutes or until the noodles float to the surface of the water.
