METAX MySnack YoguMaxx - Yogurt flavored low protein PKU powder 400g.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, vegetable oils (rapeseed, corn, palm, sunflower), thickener: distarch phosphate, stabilizers: carrageenan and guar gum; citrus fiber, acid: lactic acid, acidity regulator: calcium lactate; flavor, salt, emulsifiers: E 472c and soy lecithin .
(1) serving: 17 g YoguMaxx + 100 ml water.
(2) 100 g of product prepared according to (1).
PREPARATION
For one serving, mix 17 g of YoguMaxx with 100 ml of water in a small bowl with a whisk. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. The included measuring cup holds approximately 8.5 g of powder (after equilibration). VARIATIONS
YoguMaxx can also be prepared with cream instead of water, a low-protein milk substitute, coconut drink or rice drink. The flavor of YoguMaxx can be easily varied by adding a vegetable cream substitute, mascarpone, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, fruit, vegetables or herbs to the prepared product.
