Ingredients: water, corn starch, wholegrain flour mix 8% (teff, rice, buckwheat), rice flour, extra virgin olive oil 5%, potato starch, humectant: glycerin; salt, emulsifiers: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sunflower lecithins; raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; chickpea flour, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; acid: tartaric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; aroma.

Gluten-free product. No palm oil, high fiber content, suitable for vegan.

Packed in a protective atmosphere. For the consumer: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. Best before: date and batch number on the packaging

Serving proposal

Remove the piada from its fresh-keeping packaging and heat it on both sides in a non-stick pan or in the oven at 240 °C. Then stuff to your liking, reheat for a few seconds and serve hot.
