There is probably no person who would not be a fan of fluffy American pancakes. The recipes for them are aplenty, because everyone likes to prepare them in a different way. We reveal our proven recipe - of course a gluten-free one!
Ingredients:
-200 g Mix Flour Balviten
-3 teaspoons of baking powder
-an egg
-30 g of sugar
-350 ml of milk
-15 g melted butter
How to prepare:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a hot pan, forming small pancakes.
2. Fry on both sides.
3. Serve with your favourite trimmings.
