Celiko. Jamofix - gelling agent 3:1 40g. Gluten-free product
Gelling agent for quick preparation of fruit preserves 3:1 for 1kg of fruit + 0.3kg of sugar.
Ingredients: sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain: milk, soya and their derivatives. Store in a dry and cool place.
Preparation:
Wash the fruit thoroughly and drain in a sieve. If necessary, remove stems, seeds, and nests. Crush large fruits. Mix 1 kg of weighed fruit with Jamofix and boil while stirring constantly. Add 0.3 kg of sugar and boil again. Boil for about 3 more minutes stirring.Remove from the cooker and stir until foam disappears. Pour the hot jam into the previously prepared jars and seal immediately. Turn upside down for approx. 10 minutes.
