

Lemon cake Mix 380g. Gluten-free product
Developed specifically for people with gluten intolerance.
Ingredients: sugar, corn starch, native rice starch, milk powder, rice flour, aroma, thickening agent: guar gum, methylcellulose; raising agent: disodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, apple dietary fibre, acidity regulator: gluconic acid lactone.
The following components are used on the area of the production plant: eggs, nuts, soy flour, milk, celery, sesame.

Product does not contain preservatives.
Prepare: Dough mix 150 ml of vegetable oil 4 eggs (or egg replacement)
Preparation:
Pour the contents of the packaging to the bowl, add 150 ml of oil and 4 eggs.
Mix with a mixer until smooth dough consistency is obtained.
Pour the mass into the mould.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
