Recipe for bread:
500g mix bread bio approx
500 g of water
25 g fresh yeast or 10g instant yeast
17 g sunflower oil or olive oil
Mix the ingredients and form a loaf. Cover with a rag and leave in a warm place to rise (the loaf should increase its volume twice) Bake for 50 min at 200stC The bread recipe can be also used for bread baking machine. Select the basic program lasting for about 3.5h
