Ingredients: corn starch, corn flour, thickening agent: guar gum; glucose.

Recipe for American pancakes
3 teaspoons of baking powder
15g melted butter
30g sugar (or as preferred)
How to prepare: Pour the mix in the bowl, add baking powder, sugar and stir. Then pour the milk, butter and break the egg, mix until smooth mass is obtained. Apply the dough (more or less with one spoonful) on hot pan with fat, fry on both sides to obtain golden colour.
