Sweetmix - yeast dough baking concentrate 500g. Gluten-free product
Developed specifically for people with gluten intolerance. Yeast dough baking concentrate.
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, sugar, yeast, thickening agent: xanthan gum.
Add only: 4 eggs, 200 ml of warm milk, 150 g margarine, fresh or frozen fruit.
How to prepare:
Melt the margarine.
Pour 500 g of yeast dough mix to the bowl, add eggs, melted margarine and warm milk.
Whip the ingredients with a mixer to a smooth mass.
Move the dough onto a pastry dough sprinkled with gluten-free flour and knead with hands for about 1 min.
Move to a baking form measuring 26 x 36 cm.
Place your favourite fresh or frozen fruit on top.
Bake for 30-40 min, at a temperature of 180 degrees C.
