Ingredients: semi-wholegrain rice flour (99.5%), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

The product may contain soy.

Gluten-free product. No milk, no lactose, no eggs source of fibre.

Store in a dry place at room temperature. Best before: date and batch number on the packaging.

Boil water in a deep pot (1 liter of water per 100 g of product), add salt while the water is boiling (10 g per 100 g of pasta). Drop the pasta into the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package or to your liking. After boiling, rinse the pasta with cold water. Serve with your favorite toppings.
