Ingredients: water, flour mix 18.5% (wholegrain teff flour 5%, wholegrain rice flour 4%, gluten-free oat flour, wholegrain buckwheat flour 3%, corn flour), corn starch, humectant: glycerol; potato starch, sunflower oil, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; thickeners: carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum; vegetable fibers (guar gum, potato gum, pea gum, psyllium husk, bamboo stalk, linseed); concentrated fruit juice, rice starch; raising agents (sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, acid: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; aroma. Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Gluten-free product. No palm oil, no milk, high fiber content, suitable for vegans.

Serving proposal:

Remove the wrap from its fresh-keeping package and heat it on both sides in a non-stick pan or in the oven at 240 °C. Then stuff to your liking, reheat for a few seconds and serve hot.
