Ingredients: chickpea semolina*, chickpea flour*, salt, parsley*, cumin*, garlic powder*, coriander*, pepper*.

Certified organic agriculture DE-ÖKO-007.
May contain: soy, nuts: cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds; celery, mustard, sesame and lupin.
Method of preparation: for 16 falafels: Mix the mixture in 250 ml of boiling water and let it swell for 15 minutes. Mix the mixture well and, with wet hands, form balls the size of a teaspoon.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Store in a dry and cool place away from sunlight.
Best consumed before: see date/batch number on back of package.
