BAUCKHOF BIO Pancake mix 200g. Gluten-free product

Ingredients: rice flour*, whole grain rice flour*, tapioca starch*, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; acidity regulator: potassium tartrate; corn flour*), sea salt.

How to prepare waffles:

Simply add: 2 eggs, 75 g soft butter, 200 ml milk and 80 g sugar.

Preheat the waffle iron. Prepare 200 ml of milk in a bowl. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add the contents of the package, 75 g soft butter, 80 g sugar and half the milk and mix well. Add the remaining milk and mix to a smooth batter. Grease the waffle iron. Put 2-3 tablespoons of batter in the center and bake. Remove the waffles from the waffle iron and let them cool on the griddle.

 The way to prepare the pancakes:

Just add: 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk

Mix the contents of the package with 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk to a smooth batter. Put the batter in portions on a greased frying pan, spread evenly and bake on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

The way to prepare pancakes in the vegan version:

Just add: 300 ml of soy drink (or cereal), 200 g of soy yogurt
