Ingredients: gluten-free oat flour* 40%, corn flour*, rice flour*, whole grain millet flour*, quinoa sourdough* (quinoa flour*, rice flour*), tapioca starch*, thickener: xanthan gum; rock salt, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator: potassium tartrate, corn flour*), ground psyllium husks*.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with the up and down heating function.
2) Mix the mixture with 400 ml of lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil using a whisk or hand mixer.
3.Shape the dough with moistened hands and divide into 10 pieces.
4.Shape the pieces of dough into round rolls and sprinkle with additives as desired.
5.Then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them to the width of your thumb so that they rise well in the oven.
6. bake for 35 minutes.
